A COVID-19 Message from Joe Capper, President & CEO—Our Commitment to You

 

Dear BioTelemetry Community,

The health and safety of you and your patients is our highest priority.  As we work together during this challenging time, I want to assure you that we have never been more focused on making sure that you have the support you need from our company.  

It is our privilege to work with you each day to make a difference in the lives of so many individuals and communities. This important work must continue while our experts work to address the COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.  As you navigate how to best provide your patients access to the critical care they need, we are here to help. Fortunately, patients can access our remote cardiac monitoring capabilities without ever leaving their homes, and we will provide the support you need in whatever mode works best—email, phone, text or video conferencing. 

BioTelemetry monitors over four billion heartbeats per day, processes more than one million patients each year, supports some of the largest clinical trials and is pioneering patient care monitoring by connecting people with their care teams. We provide these services across many parts of the connected health spectrum, helping to improve outcomes and save lives.  This is our business and our passion.  While there are many uncertainties as we navigate this current challenge, you can be certain of our steadfast commitment to provide critical and actionable data necessary to improve human health around the world.
