BioTelemetry, Inc. (NASDAQ:BEAT) and LifeWatch AG (SIX:LIFE) announced today that the companies have entered into a definitive transaction agreement under which BioTelemetry will launch a tender offer in Switzerland to acquire all of the outstanding shares of LifeWatch AG.
